Hello World

The Seven Deadly Sins seem ever-present in the world around.

Accompanied by War, Famine, Pestilence & Death.

Surely some mistake – right?

Some measure of objection needs to be registered with the human facilitators

of the above shit show.

All Wars need to Stop.

Autocrats, tyrants, plutocrats, dictators and the rest need repurposing.

The value of love, laughter, family, community, music & the arts must outweigh cash.

The planet must be allowed to heal.

Humanity needs to rediscover the soul & purpose for neighbourly existence.

habsBurgz are a collective of musicians who live & work in Wien. It is a name with some history.

Words are important : please use carefully.

Social media appears to offer more harm than good : please use cautiously.

We generally do not do press. If we have something to express we create a new piece of art.

We are a band / kollektiv. We exist to create & perform.

When we record we limit ourselves to working within those limits – what we can produce live with : bass, drums, keys, 2 guitars & vocals. 

Live takes. We occasionally use lots of voices – but hey hey yeah yeah yeah –
